1. DAL BATI CHURMA:- The most famous dishes from the state, no Rajasthani food is complete without Dal Bati Churma.
2. LAAL MASS:- You cannot talk about Rajasthani dishes without mentioning the crowd favorite, LAAL MAAS. This spicy dish gets its color from the fiery red chilies. Served with bajra rotis.
3. KER SANGRIA:- A typical desert vegetable, ker sangria is a kind of a pickle. This tangy side dish goes well with bajra roti.
